I had the most comprehensive representative named Carl O’Brien who help navigate me into exactly what I wanted. My product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. "The signs themselves were great. But the Customer Service was really great as well. The process seems fairly easy using the website, but we ordered a large quantity by emailing our own designs in. That was process was easy as well. We were sent Proofs and Pricing. Jesus was very responsive and helpful and answered several of our questions. We also had an issue with one of the signs, and upon sending in photos, without any questions, they replaced that sign very quickly."

"Nice rendition of my logo on a custom LED neon sign. However, the center of the log (green UV printing) is difficult to see in low light conditions and doesn't pop against the black acrylic background like on the mock up. Not a bad product for the price just doesn't pop like I had hoped."

"I can’t possibly sum up in a quick review how dedicated, professional, honest and punctual Carl and Neon Signs Depot is and how easy it was to work on the custom sign I requested. First of all, Carl kept me in the loop every step of the way and seemingly never sleeps because he responded to emails almost immediately regardless of time of the day. Second of all, the craftsmanship is top notch; best work I’ve ever had done and the glass and transformer are solid and much more stable than the dozens of “fly by night” international sign companies that just pump out cookie cutter signs with cheap materials. The entire experience from first inquiry email to them to the delivery and follow up email from them was easier than expected and incredibly satisfactory. I will undoubtedly be getting more neon work done by them moving forward."
