1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Neon Signs Depot offers a 1 year limited warranty on all UL® residential signs. These signs are guaranteed to be free of defects for 1 year after you receive the sign. We warranty the sign to work properly, but do not warranty for broken glass. If your sign arrives with broken glass you must contact Neon Signs Depot within 7 days of receipt. In the event that this occurs, a replacement sign will be shipped to you at no charge to you. The replacement sign will be under warranty for 1 year after you receive it.

If a replacement is issued, Neon Signs Depot will not be held responsible for any fees associated with loss of time, loss of use of your neon sign, inconvenience, property damage caused by the sign, its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damage.

The warranty does not cover breakage of glass resulting from events outside of the control of Neon Signs Depot or defects outside of our control. Events outside of the control of Neon Signs Depot include but are not limited to changes, unauthorized repair, failure to follow directions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.
